Champagne Cupcakes Recipe
For a classic dessert with a twist, try this champagne cupcake recipe. When you use a vanilla cake mix, you can cut down on the ingredients you need to gather and put this tasty dessert together in no time in your Bosch Universal Plus mixer. What you will need are:
- 1 vanilla box cake mix
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) of softened, unsalted butter
- 1 ¾ cups of champagne
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Christmas edible decor
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare two cupcake pans with liners. In your Bosch mixer with the cake paddle attachment, combine your cake mix with 1 ½ cups of champagne. This mixture will go into the prepared pans and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
Risen out your Bosch mixing bowl and using the wire whips attachment, combine the vanilla, butter, salt, 2 cups of powdered sugar, and the remaining champagne. Once all of it is smooth, slowly add the remaining powdered sugar until the frosting is fluffy. Place the frosting in a pastry piping bag for greater control and pipe onto the cooled cupcakes. Garnish the frosting with edible Christmas decorations and serve.
Christmas Marshmallow Pops Recipe
A favorite with children—and plenty adults—making Christmas marshmallow pops is a great way to make a fast, festive treat. To make these easy treats, you will need:
- 1 bag of marshmallows (large)
- 1 package of white chocolate candy melts
- Christmas sprinkles
- Festive lollipop sticks
Melt your package of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, taking about 1-2 minutes on high while stirring occasionally. Once everything is melted, dip the ends of the lollipop sticks in the chocolate then spear a marshmallow. Stand the marshmallow with the stick up to allow the marshmallow to adhere to the stick.
With the chocolate gluing the marshmallow to the stick, coat the outside of the marshmallow in chocolate, then adding Christmas sprinkles for that festive touch.

Christmas Tree Meringue Cookie Recipe
Last but certainly not least are these adorable Christmas tree meringue cookies. To serve up these tiny festive treats, you will need:
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 4 room-temperature egg whites
- ⅛ tsp almond extract
- ⅛ tsp cream of tartar
- Green gel food coloring
- Festive sprinkles
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Then place your egg whites, cream of tartar, and sugar in the Bosch stainless steel bowl. Bring a pot of water to boil then use a hand whisk the ingredients in the bowl over the boiling water until the sugar is dissolved. With the sugar dissolved, remove bowl from the heat and whisk in the extract.
Bring your bowl back to your Bosch with the wire whips attachment on, and whip the mixture on medium speed until it becomes bright white but still somewhat runny, then add the food coloring. Once you’ve added your preferred shade of green, continue to beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Scoop your meringue into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe out your trees onto the prepared baking sheets. The cookies should be about 1-inch wide and 2 inches tall, with about 1 inch of space between meringues. Sprinkle your cookies once you are done piping then place them in the oven for 2 hours. Once they baked for 2 hours, turn off your oven but leave the meringues inside with the door cracked open for 2 more hours, then serve!
With the best stand mixer on your side, you can tackle any new recipe easily and produce new special desserts all year round.
