Will this recipe work for the small 3-quart Bosch bread mixer? The only bread recipe that came with it is for whole wheat bread which my husband can’t eat.
Yes this will recipe will work in a Bosch mixer as well.
Is the quantity of yeast correct in this recipe? Typically, it’s 2 1/4 teaspoons per loaf of bread. This recipe calls for 4 times as much. Could the original recipe be 3 teaspoons instead of 3 tablespoons?
