- 3 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- squeeze of lime

- Add watermelon to a Magimix food processor. Puree until blended.
- Add corn syrup and lime juice and pulse until combined.
- Pour into Bosch ice cream attachment. Layer ice and ice cream salt.
- Churn the mixture for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
