- 15 oz drained and rinsed chickpeas
- ½ cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ of a lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Using the Bosch Universal food processor attachment with the grating disc in place, add all your ingredients to the processor. Pause the blending occasionally to scrape down the sides of the processor to ensure everything is evenly blended.
