- chopped 3 cups ripe fruit
- juiced 1/2 lemon
- Puree the fruit, honey (add more or less depending on how sweet the fruit is) and lemon juice until smooth.
Spread the fruit mixture onto the dehydrator trays.
Stack the trays and cover with the lid. Dehydrate the fruit leather at 140F for 4-12 hours. Dehydrating time will vary depending on the type of fruit you use.
The fruit leather is done when it is not longer sticky to the touch.
Cut the fruit leather into strips and roll up in parchment paper. Store in an airtight container.
