Bosch Compact Kitchen Machine is many appliances in one. In addition to mixing, kneading and whipping, with the purchase of additional accessories, it can be used as a blender, meat grinder, pasta maker, or shredder/slicer.

The Bosch Compact Kitchen Machine is an ideal addition to any kitchen. One machine, many uses. It is sized right for smaller kitchens but made for large jobs! Knead up to 6 pounds of dough, whip cream, and stir batters. Once you have the basic machine, you can purchase additional attachments to turn it into a blender, shredder/slicer, or meat grinder. No need to buy separate appliances for each use. The attachments are easy to use and easy to clean. Most everything can be put into the dishwasher.

I have owned my compact Bosch for a few months now. This mixer handles cookie batters and bread dough jyst fine. The motor doesn’t even get hot or tired like my Kitchen aid did. Love it!

My hand me down Kitchenaid K5 finally got to the point where I was scared to use it because it got so hot every time. So I started to look into a new one. I primarily use a mixer for dense cookie dough like Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal and every two weeks I make a double batch of a sandwich bread that weighs about 5 pounds for the whole batch. The only Kitchenaid mixers that I found as recommended for such use were $750 and $900 respectively. And they weight MORE than the old one that I have had to start leaving on the counter full time due to my back.
I am baking batch number three of my bread that I mixed in my Bosch Compact 400 watt. It is amazing! All the ingredients in the bowl at one time and turn the dough hook onto speed 1. After it is mixed turn to speed 2 for 8 minutes. No fighting it down the dough hook. No smell of burning grease from the motor. And the bowl cover is a blessing as I can now walk away from the mixer and not worry about my youngest cat trying to see what is in the bowl. Plus…How light? The whole thing easily is stored in a cabinet. I am sure mine will last my next 30 years!
