Our Company: L'Chef LLC owns and operates boschmixers.com, but does not own the Bosch brand or copyright. L'Chef LLC is the exclusive & authorized distributor of Bosch Kitchen Machines and accessories in the USA & Canada.
Shipping & Delivery: Our items are shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. They will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless you select expedited shipping. A tracking number will be sent to the email you check out with with once the item is shipped. Please note, that we cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes.
Privacy & Security: The following outlines how we collect, use and store your personal information.; We collect personal information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Accordingly, we will collect information such as, but
not limited to, name, phone number, shipping address and billing information. Information is collected via a secure SSL encrypted
connection. Billing information is processed through a third party called Authorize.net. L'CHEF LLC does not store any
credit card information.

Your personal data will not be sold or given to any other company. We store it for the purpose of fulfilling your order and
following up on your orders. We will also make you aware of future offers unless you opt out of such notifications.
Returns: If you need to return your item, then you will need to receive a Return Authorization Number. In order to receive this authorization you can call us at 1-800-MY-BOSCH (1-800-692-6724) or email us at sales@boschmixers.com. Once you have received this Authorization Number you can return it to the address below. Ordering: You may complete your order as a guest by filling out your information upon checkout. We also allow you to create an account with our store so you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payment is processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection. Please check out our Refurbished and Promotions tab at the top of the page to see if we have any sales or promotions at this time.

Updating Account Information: If you need to update your account information click the My Account button on the top right of the page. This will prompt you to log in where you can click on Account Dashboard to change your Email Address, Password, Shipping and Billing Addresses and Newsletter Subsciption status.
