The Universal Plus Flour Sifter makes it possible to have fine whole wheat flour. It attaches right to the mixing bowl so flour is sifted directly into the bowl for less mess. And it will hold up to 8 cups for large baking jobs. This Flour Sifter is designed with 3 tabs and fits the older Universal Kitchen Machines.
